Returns

At No2moro, we take pride in providing you with high-quality products and excellent service.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. The same timeline applies to faulty items.

To process a return, please print and complete a Return Form (see below for access) and include it with your parcel.
Please note that returns are assessed once a week.

If you have not heard from us within 4 weeks of sending your return, please get in touch.
Otherwise, there is no need to contact us for updates — this simply means your parcel has either not yet arrived or is awaiting assessment.

If you’re looking for an update on the delivery status of your return, please contact your courier provider directly.
Once your return has been delivered to us, please allow up to 7 days for it to be assessed and processed.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging included.

  • We cannot accept returns of items that are worn, soiled, marked, damaged, or missing tags/packaging.

  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected before a refund is processed.

  • Any Rewards Points earned from a refunded purchase will be revoked once the refund is issued.


Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for the delivery and safe return of all items until they reach our returns address.

  • This includes any applicable Customs, Taxes, or Duty Charges.

  • If an order is refused upon delivery due to unpaid Customs, Taxes, or Duty Charges, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


International Returns (Outside the EU)

  • We recommend returning goods via registered or tracked post and providing us with tracking details and proof of postage.

  • You will need to notify us in advance when sending a return from outside the EU.

  • If a parcel arrives without prior notice, No2moro will not pay customs charges.

  • For parcels that have been announced to us, we will cover customs charges where relevant and deduct them from your refund.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method once your return has been inspected and approved.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is has been actioned.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to process the payment. This varies depending on the bank and is out of our control.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, colour, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.


Discounted Section

Please note:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds on items from the Discounted Section.
This is clearly stated on the Discounted Section page and on each product page.
