At No2moro we work hard to provide you with quality products and service,
however if you are unhappy with your purchase and require a return, items
must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Same rules apply for faulty items.
Items must be returned in the condition they were sent in and must include original packaging and tags attached. We will not refund soiled, marked or worn garments. We will not refund garments with tags removed or damaged or without their original packaging.
Once we have received your returns, inspection will take place before a return can be processed. Any Rewards Points gained through a purchase will be revoked once refunded.
The customer is responsible for the delivery of the returned items until it has reached our address and assessed for refund. This includes any relevant Customs Charges if applicable.
If sending back Returns from outside of the EU, we recommend sending back goods with registered tracking and to inform us that you have done so with attached tracking and proof of postage. We do not pay customs charges on parcels not announced to us. Any returned parcel that has been announced to us, we will pay custom charges where relevant and reduce them from your refund amount when assessing Returns.
Payments for refunds will be provided through the original sale process. You will receive an email notification to inform you this has been completed. Please allow a few working days for Banks to process payment.
Include a fully completed Return Form with your return.
Please note we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size/ colour style, you must return your items
for a refund & you can re order your desired products.
Please note that we do not accept nor will give refunds on Returns on Items in the Discounted Section. This is stated on the Discounted Section Page along with the Cart before purchase. Every Discounted Section Item is stated on its Product Page for clarity.
