Everything you need to know
What is 2moro’s Rewards and how do I join? +
2moro’s Rewards is No2moro’s loyalty programme. Create a customer account to start earning points through eligible purchases and rewards activities.
How do I redeem my points? +
Once you have at least 100 points, open your Rewards Wallet and select Redeem. Every 100 points can be converted into a €5 reward for an eligible full-priced purchase.
How does Double Points work? +
During the final 7 days of every month, eligible purchases earn 2 points for every €1 spent excluding VAT rather than the normal 1 point.
How does the referral scheme work? +
Sign in, open the Referral section of your Rewards Wallet and share your unique referral link. Your friend receives €12.50 off an eligible full-priced purchase. Once they complete the purchase, you receive a €12.50 reward too.
Do my points expire? +
Your points remain active while your Rewards account remains in good standing. Any future changes to expiry terms will be communicated in advance.
What happens to my points if I return an item? +
Points earned from a refunded purchase are removed once the refund is processed. Rewards are therefore based on completed purchases that you keep.
Can Rewards be used on sale items? +
Rewards discounts are valid on full-priced items only unless otherwise stated during a specific promotion.
